What affirmations are you taking in your daily rituals?

Affirmations are POWERFUL on a conscious level. They bring your focus – in the present moment – to this truth statement. When you feel the affirmation emotionally, there’s an energetic charge + that’s what supports your manifestations.

Conscious change does require present focus + willpower. Which is why subconscious, automatic patterns of thought often win. They happen instantly without any “thought” (consciously). Often you find yourself in the middle of the pattern before you’re aware.

That’s why I believe in affirmations AND healing the root cause. When you shift the root belief at the subconscious level, you interrupt the old automatic pattern and create space for new Soulful CEO thinking to become habitual through repetition.
