Awareness unhooks the old story from your mind which is why journaling can be transformational as you heal. From the point of awareness, It’s important to focus on what’s really true for you as you heal. Anchoring in the truths through your words, choices + behaviours.

A powerful ritual to kickstart your embodiment journey is to experience it in your mind first. Mental rehearsal (aka visualisation) guides you to see, feel, hear, experience it in your mind’s eye. Your mind doesnt know the difference… you feel it in your body through imagination.

This creates safety for what you’re choosing as you’ve already experienced it. It feels known. And with repetition, you’ll find yourself unconsciously creating it!

BODY

The visualisation supports your body + nervous system as you heal. However, I always recommend rituals solely for the body as you heal… to take you out of your mind + into your emotions!

Dancing – the intuitive, flow, connective kind – is a powerful way to express yourself + emotions that are ready to be released.

Music is magical. It speaks to your body + your soul on a higher level. It wants to MOVE… without structure, without judgement, without conditions, without a mirror! And it powerfully anchors in emotions.

So… turn up the music + dive into this ritual

… whatever songs your body craves… and allow your body to do it’s thing. 

Feel the emotions flood your being + be released. (Yes, I’ve been known to Kim K cry while dancing, my body needed the release!)

ENERGY

Everything is energy… so visualising + dancing will be magical for your energetic field. However, this ritual focuses on cleansing your energy field for any hanger-on-energy as you heal. 

When you heal from your mind + body, there can still be energetic cords attached to the past story, people, situation. Old energy hooked in. This meditation guides you to let go of the energetic attachment by cutting the cords intentionally with forgiveness + gratitude.
