This week’s Soulful Sunday Ritual supports you to co-create your manifested desires!

When you create goals + intentions from your head, you may reverse engineer them and create a list of things to do. An action plan. That’s what we’ve been taught to do!

This can often feel heavy, overwhelming + pressured. Limiting thoughts about time + capabilities surface as you wonder how you’ll be able to do it all.

Which welcomes your old friend… self-sabotage…

Why?

You’re thinking logically + linearly, cutting out the energetic magic that connects you with EVERYTHING in this Universe. The oneness of this world.

Co-creation is knowing YOUR PART + handing over the UNIVERSE’S PART with trust + certainty. Because the Universe always delivers (and the Universe doesn’t have an ego to contend with!!).

This beautiful manifestation ritual comes from Abraham Hicks (thank you!) and it’s been a game-changer for me the last few years. It will support you in planning your goal + intention… in alignment + teamwork with Universal Magic!

Ready?

Once you’ve decided what you’re consciously manifesting…

Write your desire/intention/goal at the top of the paper (in present, grateful language – as always in manifestation) + draw a two column table.

Column 1 – What is my role in receiving this?

• What physical action do you need to take?
• What is within your control?
• How can you prepare?
• In what ways can you stay open to receiving?
• How will you connect to receive the next steps? (you don’t need to know the full how!)

Column 2 – What is the Universe’s role in me receiving this?

• How will this energetic world of oneness support you?
• What is out of your control + in the Universe’s magical control?
• What hows / whats / whens can you let go of + handover?
• In what ways will the Universe connect / guide / support you?

After this exercise you have a CO-CREATION plan with the Universe to follow!

This ritual can be used for your weekly intentions – to hand over the magic that will support you – as well as your bigger goals + desires.

Whenever you feel overwhelmed, remind yourself of the Universe’s column. You’re so loved, so supported, so connected. Let go of the worries, fears + doubts that are trying to control it all.

And stay in your column, beautiful soul!
