This ritual focuses on the magical foundations of manifestation – speaking your desires into existence. Taking the soulful possibility from your heart… into the eternal now… claiming it + embodying it as yours in the 3D reality.

In the quantum world, your 5D higher desires exist alongside your 3D reality. Both exist in parallel. When you claim your 5D desires in the present, you are consciously choosing to ALIGN energetically with this reality. And with repetition – your mind, energy + body get on board too.

HEART-ALIGNMENT RITUAL

When we connect with desires, sometimes our ego gets involved! We start THINKING we want certain things, when they’re not meaningful at all, but actually ‘shoulds’, expectations or external influences.

So… to ensure that you’re connecting with your HEART desires… and not 3D ego… I am sharing a simple 5 minute ritual to complete before. You’ll answer from your heart (aligned with your Higher Self + soul plan), not your head!

• Sit somewhere comfortable + quiet. Close your eyes
• Centre + ground yourself in the present moment by focusing on your breath. Continue until you arrive in the present moment.
• Move your attention + awareness to your heartspace
• Breathe into your heartspace – feeling the energy expand on the inhale + connect deeply on the exhale
• Allow the energy of love, desire, truth, oneness + divine guidance wash over your body
• Sit + be present with this energy, feeling it expand + connect even more with each breath
• When you feel ready, open your eyes + continue the ritual with this heart-aligned energy

CONNECT WITH YOUR DESIRE 

With this soul-aligned energy, focus your awareness on your desire. This may be easy for you, or you may benefit from prompts.

You can connect with your vision board, read through previous journalling or new moon intentions, or connect with my Manifestation Visualisation.

Focus on what allows you to FEEL your desire – visually, emotionally, energetically + soulfully.

SPEAK INTO EXISTENCE

Open a voice memo + start speaking about your desires as though they have already manifested. Imagine you’re speaking to someone you love + care about. Lovingly share how amazing you feel, what’s unfolding beautifully for you and what’s your new expected normal.

Use present language, tune into deep gratitude and appreciation, be expressive with your words + body language, and feel the emotions soar within your body.

Speak for around 10 minutes or more, allowing the momentum to keep going. It’s perfectly okay to repeat yourself – that’s great for the next phase of the ritual. Focus on the words and emotions that feel most expansive.

LISTEN DAILY

Listen to this voice memo every morning + every evening as you fall asleep.

Allow yourself, in a relaxed state, to connect to this high energetic vibration as you speak your desire into existence. Each time you listen… even when sleeping (your subconscious is always listening!)… trust that your mind, energy + body is absorbing this. And the more it hears it, the safer it feels. New normals are being wired + coded in your being.

So much so, that you’ll notice that you are consciously and unconsciously ALIGNING WITH IT and EXPECTING IT!

It’s inevitable. It’s exciting. It’s ready for you.

Commit to listening for one week… and notice how you FEEL about this desire… notice how your thoughts have shifted… notice how your choices are more aligned… and notice the magic you’re manifesting! And once this desire manifests, you can record a new “normal” to align with.
