Imagine your spiritual timeline of life… you were born, you became a child, you are here now as an adult, there’s future you from this moment… and then there’s a higher you that lives eternally on.

When we work in the quantum field, this Highest Self exists now + communicates with you now.

Your Higher Self is eternal, wise, loves unconditionally, see’s from a higher loving perspective, knows how connected she is, feels whole, feels one with everything energetically. She ‘gets it’. She is you in a higher realm. A higher energy.

And… the most beautiful part… this Higher Self guidance is available to you in EVERY moment.

Today’s ritual will connect with your Higher Self for guidance, redirection + loving advice on your journey.

Sacred Space

I recommend finding a quiet, calm space for this ritual. Light a candle + surround yourself with anything that your intuition leads you to. Crystals, Oracle cards, incense, music, herbal tea…

Meditation

I love to start higher rituals with meditation. Slowing down your thoughts, relaxing + connecting with your body, bringing your attention to your breath + consciously choosing to be in the present moment. 5-10 minutes of conscious breathing will support you with this ritual. 

Intention 

Your thoughts + focus are magical – they consciously connect you with higher realms. Let’s start with an intention prayer to connect with your Highest Self in this moment. Repeat out loud…

I call to you, my Highest Self. Thank you for the guidance, thank you for showing me my soul path, thank you for the inspiration that unfolds every day. I am here to learn, to listen, to love.

If you have a particular question to ask – add it to the end of the intention prayer as a positive, open statement. For example… please guide me to connect with more soul clients and be fully booked.

SOULFUL TIP: If your ego isn’t ready to connect with your Higher Self, connect with Future You. The version of you that gratefully has what you desire + can guide you towards it easefully.

Receive

As you feel connected to this version of you – put pen to paper + channel the messages that come through.

It could be a letter from your Higher Self, from the version of you living your desires. It could be bullet points. It could even be random words, pictures, symbols.

However the messages flow through you is PERFECT. This is your Higher Self connecting. Put your logical mind to one side and go with it. Trust the process.

Sit with this journalling as long as feels good for you. Even after you have finished writing, sit with the messages, be guided visually, emotionally, energetically with this connection. It’s a VIBE!!

As you come to the end of the ritual – place your hands on your heart space with your eyes closed and say “thank you, thank you, thank you”. Feel immense gratitude in your being for this guidance, for this connection, for this oneness.

Blow out your candle + decide on your next moment. Make a vow with yourself, knowing it’s divinely supported.
