Celebrating where you are, who you are + what’s already magnificent in your reality. Because all of this is a celebration of the beautiful soul you are + the choices, commitments + decisions you’ve made.

I’ve consciously decided not to say ‘celebrate what you’ve achieved’… as so many of us are ATTACHED to our achievements. We believe they define us. Who are we without achieving something?

Answer: a beautiful soul!

That’s why I’ll be guiding you deeper with this week’s ritual so you celebrate yourself on a deeper level, beyond your physical reality.

HEART-ALIGNMENT RITUAL

Complete this 5 minute ritual to ground in your heartspace before you start journalling.

• Sit somewhere comfortable + quiet
• Close your eyes
• Centre + ground yourself in the present moment by focusing on your breath. Continue until you arrive in the present moment.
• Move your attention + awareness to your heartspace 
• Breathe into your heartspace – feeling the energy expand on the inhale + connect deeply on the exhale
• Allow the energy of love, desire, truth, oneness + divine guidance wash over your body
• Sit + be present with this energy, feeling it expand + connect even more with each breath
• When you feel ready, open your eyes + start journalling with this heart-aligned energy

You’ll answer from your heart (aligned with your Higher Self + soul plan), not your head/ego!
