This week’s Soulful Sunday Ritual works with the autumnal energy of letting go. 

We all know Autumn as the season of leaves falling, nature stripping back and retreating. It’s a letting go in order to be present. And we are designed to follow this energy too.

Many soulful entrepreneurs have been telling me they’re feeling called to slow down, to enjoy stillness, to be more present. Are you feeling it too? This is your intuition.

Autumn is a season to rest and reflect on all that’s been created this year… while attuning your energy for the new year. You’ll find yourself turning inward and deepening into your vision, your power + your soul.

Celebrating what has been unfolding beautifully + letting go of what’s no longer serving you. Stripping back. Releasing with love, trusting that it’s inevitable more comes with future seasons. It’s safe to let go.

This is the phase I’m in right now… letting go of offers, tweaking my plans, allowing space for alignment to come flooding through with clarity… and I’ve never felt so calmly abundant.

The energy is calling you to pay attention + let go.

This journalling ritual can be applied to all aspects of your business – your product suite, marketing, team, systems, expenses + investments.

However, today, I will focus on your offers as this has a powerful ripple effect across your business + Soulful CEO energy.

Grab your journal + dive deep with these questions…

What are your current offers?

List out your product suite to see what’s fully on offer right now.

How do you feel about each offer? 

What is the primary emotion when you think about selling/delivering this offer? This is an immediate insight into your energy around this offer and will correlate with the results.

For each offer, intuitively rate (from 1-10)…

• for congruence with your business mission
• excitement to promote + deliver
• aligned price point. 

What’s the score out of 30? Can you see the correlation to the business results? Are offers that feel more aligned selling more abundantly?

Is this a soul offer? 

With this awareness, ask yourself whether this offer in your product suite is a soul offer. (FYI – a soul offer is an aligned + feel-good offer that’s energetically effortless to promote)

What needs to be changed for this to feel like a soul offer? 

If an offer doesn’t feel like a soul offer right now… it doesn’t mean you have to let it go immediately. Perhaps there are some simple tweaks to boost your energy around it. This may trickle into other areas of business too… automation, team, marketing.

If this doesn’t feel aligned with any tweaks, what are you being called to offer? 

If you were to let this offer go… what is the soul offer waiting to flow through? What would you love to create/support/deliver if your energy wasn’t on this?

What are the next aligned steps for you?

What now? What’s the next step? What are you being called to do? Trust the nudge + follow through, beautiful soul. Business gets to feel aligned, meaningful + joyful… let go of what’s sucking your energy!

Notice… this exercise doesn’t mention money goals or metrics… other than how it feels for you! Soul offers feel ALIGNED AF and that energy is felt when you call in clients. Your energy speaks to their energy.

This ritual invites you to amplify your energy. Perhaps there’s zero tweaks, or minor changes, or perhaps a bigger shift… it’s all perfect. Trust the process. Come back to basics, simplify + focus on creating from soul.

If offers aren’t feeling good – perhaps you’ve outgrown or they were an ego creation – now is the time to tweak. Clear your energy of this offer… and allow new energy to flow through abundantly.
