Your mind is programmed to ask the what’s, when’s, how’s and why’s… always looking for a definitive answer. Which is ironic because we live in a world of unknowns + limitless possibilities.

So when you’re manifesting with this divine Universe, it’s important to surrender to the Universe that’s beyond your mind. 

And lovingly accept that your human mind doesn’t have all the answers (only what it already knows). Because the truth is…

It’s SAFE to not have or need all the answers

It’s SAFE to be play in the unknown

It’s SAFE to surrender 

This ritual is for when you’re mind is hyper-focused on the doubts or worries, and you’re feeling stuck in your head… so you can truly surrender + shift your energy to manifest what’s really meant for you.

Ready?

This ritual is designed to support you when a doubt or worry is dominant in your energy – taking up more than 50% of your focus. 

These questions are natural within your mind + that’s okay. This ritual beautifully shifts that energy out of the driver’s seat so you’re not sabotaging your desires.

1 – ACKNOWLEDGE

Notice when your mind is focusing on questions in relation to your desire + looking for answers…

• WHEN will this happen? 
• WHY is it not here yet?
• HOW will it happen? 
• WHAT do I need to do to make it happen? 
• WHAT if I’m not good enough or not worthy of it?
• WHY do other people have it and not me? 
• WHAT’S wrong with me?

Hear them, write them down, witness them + sit with them. Lovingly understand that this is your mind seeking safety as you explore the “never done this before” desires. 

Your mind is saying… “this feels unknown and unsafe… let’s understand what’s going on to protect ourselves”. See it + lovingly understand that’s what’s happening with zero judgement or meaning.

2 – RELEASE

This is an invite to hand over your desires from your mind to the Universe. All you need is a piece of paper and tools to burn the paper (safely)

• Write down the doubtful + worrisome questions that have been on your mind. See them, feel them, love them for protecting you.
• Say this intention out loud… “Thank you for protecting me. These questions are good questions for my mind. But they limit me in this energetic limitless Universe. I honour you and I let you go with love. I surrender to the divine plan for my highest good and everyone’s highest good. I trust that my highest desires will unfold exactly when they are meant to for my highest expansion, in the way that serves me the best. I am worthy, I am open, I am trusting. I hand over any doubts now to the Universe to transmute into higher energy. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And it is done.”
• Burn the paper safely (in the fireplace, on a fire pit, in a safe + controlled environment) 
• As the paper burns, visualise + trust that the energy of that doubt is being transmuted with your intention. From doubt to trust.

With the doubting energy released, there is a vacuum within your energetic field that will be automatically filled with higher energy.

Trust that the ‘next step’ towards your desires will unfold. Perhaps an idea, opportunity, connection, synchronicity, invitation. Something magical will manifest now your energetic frequency is cleansed.

And so it is.
