This week’s Soulful Sunday Ritual is a seasonal review prepping you for a new quarter in business!

I believe in BALANCED business – leaning into the divine feminine energy + intuitively scaling my business – supported by divine masculine energy of structure, systems + strategy.

As we change seasons, it’s a divine opportunity to lean into both energies for a balanced reflection of the last 3 months, to celebrate the now, and tune into the vision for the next 3 months with a plan!

I call it Framework with Flow!

I love to dedicate a journal to this practice of reflection + intentions. It’s a mini portal of your desires + your growth… to hold space for you + to look back on once you’re living your desired life! A reminder that DREAMS DO COME TRUE!

REFLECT

Reflections are important to celebrate this moment, anchor in the lessons that got you here, to feel present + grateful where you are. You’ll see + feel… you are exactly where you’re meant to be.

How has the last 3 months felt?

Describe your quarter in a few words. How has it felt? What were the main emotions + vibe? Simply acknowledge + reflect. You don’t always have to justify.

What went well + in alignment with my desires + intentions?

It’s celebration time – review your desires + intentions, and bring awareness to all that’s manifested or progressing. What felt good + expansive? Where is there growth? What are you proud of? Where did you feel successful?

What have been the biggest challenges?

If you’re challenged, you’re growing. What challenged you this quarter? What did you learn or still learning? How does this support you? Can you see how these challenges were divine lessons here on Earth School for you to expand into who you really are? Write down the lessons with gratitude – “thank you for guiding me / teaching me / reminding me / showing me…”

DESIRES

Connecting back in with your desires is important, as they may have grown or even shifted. The last 3 months may have been unexpected + directed you down a different route that feels even better than planned! Tune in + reset your vision.

What do I desire for the next 3 months?

Lean into spacious thinking + connect in with what really excites you about the next 3 months. What do you feel called to launch, sell or create? How can you be of service to your soul clients in a way that fills you with joy? What money goal excites you? Zoom out + connect in with your business goals from this place of impact.

How do I desire to feel?

You’re a soulful business owner here to make a difference + feel incredible as you do. What are those daily emotions you desire to feel? What do these desires really create for you? What’s the feeling + vibe of these goals manifesting?

What meaningful intentions (goals) will motivate + excite me?

Using the desires + emotions, create meaningful intentions for the next 3 months. What are your top priorities? Where are you focusing your energy + attention to move towards your vision + desires? What’s important? What’s in alignment with your mission?  Write them as if they are a done deal… “I’m so happy and grateful…”

FOCUS

Feeling gratitude for the now with a clear desire for the future, it’s time to bridge the gap! Tune into who you need to be (it’s a remembrance not a personality shift!) + what old paradigms of thoughts + behaviours you’re ready to leave behind (as they no longer serve you or your vision).

What’s holding you back from being your truest self, feeling your desired emotions + taking aligned, meaningful action forward? What patterns are you ready to break? Acknowledge it, understand how it’s been protecting you, and choose to let it go. (You may need more support with the letting go… see the ‘support’ question)

I am no longer available for…

Now it’s time to be clear with what you don’t want. Where have you been settling for less? What have you been accepting as ‘good for now’? Let it flow, tell the Universe what you’re not allowing in + letting go of.

How will you show up + be the vibrational match to these desires/intentions? How will you embody your truest self? What are you choosing? What are your non-negotiables for the next 3 months? Make a commitment to yourself here.

What do you need to support your next 3 months? What supports your divine feminine flow? What supports your divine masculine action? What supports balance? What supports you to get out of your own way + serve abundantly? What supports you to be your sparkliest self enjoying the journey? Make a commitment to yourself here.

This seasonal review is MAGICAL!

But it doesn’t end here… take this energy into your 3 months through embodiment. Stay focused on the vision + follow through on your commitment. 

Of course there may be some moments you ‘fall off track’ into old habits or ego takes you down a side street. That’s okay. Come back to yourself + your vision. Reflect + Realign.
