There’s a soulful voice inside you that we call “intuition”. This part of you is one with the Universe + guides you towards the most expansive, loving, enriching life experience… nudging you step by step!

This intuitive voice doesn’t always make logical, rational sense. Sometimes it feels like it’s guiding you somewhere completely wrong + weird. So your protective self + ego get involved… saying “no no no, let’s ignore that voice + stay with what we know”.

Sound familiar?

When really… the more you trust + follow your intuition in life + business… the more magic you open yourself up to!

This ritual is a fun, safe way to listen to your intuition without your ego getting too loud + disruptive.

INTUITIVE WALK

Do you go for the same walks all the time? Same path. Same route. Same length of time.

Today’s ritual guides you to LET GO of the planned walk and to TUNE IN to your intuitive voice within.

To guide you beyond your mind’s plans or what’s familiar!

I love to do this as a spiritual practice to trust my inner knowing. The last intuitive walk I did, I ended up at a fancy spa speaking to the hotel manager about renting event rooms!! Completely unplanned… yet completely magical.

All you need to do is…

• Walk
• When you get to a decision to walk in a certain direction, be present + ask yourself… “which way shall I walk?”
• You may feel a pull, have a sense, hear an answer, feel a knowing – however you connect with your intuition is beautiful.
• Follow + repeat tuning in, trusting, surrendering

You can walk alone or with a loved one that’s happy to be guided freely by you!

It may need to consciously do this ritual a few times to get used to listening within… but it becomes so natural very quickly. As it is natural! We’ve just learnt to not listen or notice the nudge.

And let go of a big, magical outcome. Remember… your intuition is guiding you to have the most expansive, loving, enriching life experience. 

Perhaps you’ll see something beautiful in nature.
Perhaps you’ll bump into someone that makes you smile.
Perhaps you’ll see something that reminds you of something important.
Perhaps you’ll feel so at peace with yourself. 

All are beautiful + meant for you!

Be open to all possibilities for your highest good. Your intuition is always working in your favour.
