We have that soulful nudge that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE… so we focus on expanding ourselves, our businesses + our mission!

Being committed to being our best selves often means we CONSUME a lot – personal development books, business podcasts, manifestation blogs (or this email!), YouTube tutorials, your fave soulful leaders on social media…

It’s a beautiful process… but as expanders, we also can feel fatigued from over-consuming or over-attachment to our business + success!

Your mind, your focus, your energy is full of other people’s words, guidance, tips, energy… and those soulful nudges that directed you on this journey, can feel lost in the “noise”.

Our creativity suffers. We feel stuck.

This gorgeously simple ritual connects you back in with YOU… expanding as you are… without consuming a thing…

CLEANSE YOUR CREATIVITY

The ritual is simple… I invite you to consciously choose NOT to consume any content for 24 hours!

No emails, no social media, no books, no podcasts, no screens… or any other content that you connect with…

A content detox to cleanse your focus + energy. Making space for your soulful whispers to be heard.

Because when you’re not absorbing other people’s creativity… your soul-aligned creative juices start to flow more freely!

If this is new to you, start small. Perhaps a few hours… working up to 24 hours… or even more!

You can remove apps from your devices, place your device in a drawer, or even turn it off if that feels aligned.

I love Sunday detoxes… and I often turn my phone off. I tell my family (boundaries, baby!) + inform them to contact my husband if there’s an emergency. So my mind + body can relax knowing that I am contactable if needed.

Here’s what to expect as you play with this ritual…

• With no content to consume, you get to be more present with your day… coming back into your body + the moment
• Your mind, body + nervous system will relax as you flow through your day (less triggers or attachment to business!)
• As your mind has more space to wander + connect + problem solve… ideas will pop into your mind, aligned AF content will flow to you, connections + solutions will be made.
• The soulful voice within is heard… and inspiration comes from WITHIN rather than from others.

 And that’s ALIGNED AF!

WITHOUT EXPECTATION. If your creative juices don’t flow as expected, let it go. This ritual isn’t to have a certain outcome. It’s an energy detox + reconnection with self. That’s a win!

So RELAX, knowing it’s safe to expand as you are… there’s no NEED to consume to expand.

You don’t always need outside sources to expand + grow. You have EVERYTHING you need within… you are the Universe, beautiful soul.
