This beautiful ritual will guide you to align your focus, commitment + embodiment with your weekly desires.

GRAB YOUR JOURNAL

This journaling requires some time-hopping. As you sit down to journal, I want you to envision that you have been teleported to a time in the future where your desire has manifested with ease. 

If they are weekly desires, this may be next Sunday. As you feel connected to that inevitable future moment… start journaling from that perspective…

1 – DESIRE

Start by connecting to the desires that have manifested with ease. You’re in this future moment, so write them with gratitude + in the past/present tense – as they’re already here! Be expressive, write about them with detail + emotion, as you feel the thankfulness for them being in your reality.

2 – DECISION

Reflect on the beliefs, thoughts, decisions + choices you made in order for this desire to manifest with so much ease, joy + fun. You’re in this future moment, so connect to these in the present, claiming who you are + how you show up.

I am… I do… I choose… I prioritise… 

3 – DEDICATION

For these desires to manifest, you had a confidence, a commitment, a devotion to it. Reflect on how you dedicated your time, focus, energy on this desire. You’re in this future moment, so connect with hindsight noticing what felt good, expansive + fun for you to be consistently aligned.

I am dedicated by…

Complete the ritual by placing your journal on your heartspace, and visualising this moment of celebration. Feel it in your whole being.

And this becomes your guidance for your desire. A framework to follow, to be inspired by, a foundation of your truest self aligning with your desires.
