This week’s Soulful Sunday Ritual is for those with Oracle or Tarot decks!

I’ve been using Oracle cards for the last 3 years and have recently fell in love with Tarot cards too.

They are a beautiful way to connect with the higher realm – whether it’s your Highest Self, the Universe, or your Spirit Team. 

And with any rituals or practices, it’s not about seeking answers outside of yourself. Don’t ever give your power away to your deck! It’s a way of connecting DEEPER with yourself, your intuition, your soul connection. The soulful guidance you receive is part of you.

So this week, I’ll be guiding you with a practice to tune into this higher guidance aligning you on your soul path. It’s all about alignment!

ORACLE CARDS 101

Before we dive into the Soulful Sunday ritual, here is my guidance for using Oracle cards…

• Intuitively pick which deck you want to use. 
• Open the cards, and cleanse them. I use a selenite wand (crystal) or you can blow on them – it’s to clear the energy. 
• Holding the cards, connect to the higher beings you wish to be guided by. I set an intention – “Thank you Higher Self for guiding me today”
• As you shuffle your cards, ask for guidance on the Q’s you wish to ask
• You will intuitively know when to stop shuffling – or often – cards will spring out of the deck!
• When you’re building trust, you can ask “is this the card for me?” and you’ll hear your answer
• Place the cards out + feel into them – what are the messages? What guidance are you receiving from the words, images, symbols, feel of the card. You always have the card’s message in the booklet too to read through. But I invite you to start with your intuition to build trust in that connection.

And there you go… ready for an Oracle reading with your highest support team!

SOULFUL Q’S

To align soulfully with your week ahead, ask your higher guidance these 3 questions:

What will support me this week with [intention/desire]?

Where am I standing in my way or creating resistance to receiving with ease

How can I move forward + expand into my highest self?

Once you’re connecting with your intuition + receiving soulful guidance… I encourage you to ask intuitive questions that arise for you in the moment. 

What to do with the guidance?

Journal on the guidance, explore it deeply. Connect with the words of wisdom to make aligned decisions + choices in the now for how your week will unfold. You can journal on your expectations + commitments in showing up as your most aligned, authentic self.

You can also place all or one of the cards on your desk as a reminder of the soulful guidance. Or sometimes I use an Oracle card as a bookmark for my morning journal… or a book I’m reading that week.

Feel into it… the focus is to remind yourself of that guidance when you need it most!
